We wait 30 days before adding an account to a customer's credit report, and we encourage them to pay off, or at least pay down, their accounts before it can start damaging their credit rating.

After the grace period, we report accounts to both Equifax and TransUnion, the two Canadian credit reporting agencies. Many of your customers reach out to us when they find a collection account effecting their credit rating.
