We will discuss the accounts with you through phone calls, texts, emails, and even 'snail mail'.
We don't do in-person consultations, however you can come to our office to make payments.
When you're calling
If you’ve received an email or lettermail from us, keep it handy for your call; it contains the information we need to find the account in our system. It will have the name of the person who owes the money, the name of the person or business that money is owed to, their account number, our file number, and the amount still owing. It’s a lot of information, we know, but it’ll make finding your particular file a lot easier.
We make hundreds of calls to people every day, which is why it’s so important for you to have that file or reference number handy. We’ll track down the agent who called, and the two of you can talk. Even if that particular agent is unavailable, with your file or reference number we can still find your file and another agent can talk with you about it.
